1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times
We are proud to offer Free Tracked Shipping to our primary markets: the United States and the United Kingdom.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Estimated delivery times are subject to acceptance and approval of your order.
3. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from Sulora™ which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
You can track your package anytime directly on our website via the Track Your Order page or through official postal services (USPS for the USA, Royal Mail for the UK).
4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or Military Bases
We do our best to deliver everywhere. However, some carrier restrictions may apply to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. If we encounter any issues shipping to your specific location, our customer support team will contact you immediately via email.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Sulora™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Note: For US and UK customers, orders under standard thresholds rarely incur any additional customs duties.
6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@sulora.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, or if your tracking info states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team within 7 days of the delivery date at support@sulora.com. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a free replacement for you.
