🔄 Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Sulora™. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Guarantee

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at sulora.help@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the sender address listed on the package. We will provide you with a specific return shipping address once your request is approved.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at sulora.help@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photographic or video proof of the issue. We will review it and send you a brand new replacement completely free of charge.

4. Refunds Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5-10 business days).

 

5. Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Order Cancellations

Because we process and ship orders as fast as possible (within our 1-3 business days processing window), you can only cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, the order may have already been shipped, and you will need to follow the standard return process after receiving the product.
